Stay hydrated and drink plenty of water! About 60% of your body is water, making hydration essential, especially when traveling. Stick with water or sparkling water and avoid sugary drinks, alcoholic beverages, and coffee or tea as much as possible, particularly during flights, which are incredibly dehydrating.

Upon arrival at your destination, consider having green juices to regain the balance of your electrolytes. Many travelers also bring eye drops, lip balms, and moisturizers to keep their bodies hydrated and comfortable. If you pack your own travel water bottle, remember that you cannot take a large bottle of liquid on the plane.
